As a result, in September I needed to make an appointment with a gynecologist, after 3 days of waiting, the agent wrote that unfortunately they could not sign me up anywhere. At that moment, I wondered why it was necessary to offer such insurance. Now I have a toothache, I turned to the insurance company again with a request to make an appointment with a doctor, to which they replied that they had no partners in the city where I now live. The question arises, why sell the most expensive insurance if you can't sign up for any doctor in the end?? Disgusting attitude towards customers.
