The tool itself is not clamped, the handles are in one direction, the nozzle is in the other. Bottom line: the job is not done, although it was a torment, not a job. When handing over the instrument, we saw a picture of three people in a queue with the same problems. At the same time, the service staff behaved obscenely, waving their hands and talking very politely to customers. A terrible organization.
Think carefully before contacting this company! In the afternoon, they booked an 8kW generator, upon arrival it turns out that this model is not available (it was essential that the generator be started with a key and this was told to the manager when booking). Managers generally don't know which models they have available and which ones they don't. Eventually, they found some kind of generator with the same power and a factory with a key. In the morning, when we turned on the generator to start work, it could not stand 4kW-5KW, they began to call technical support, they had one answer, "bring it back."
The result: The job is up, the money is lost (the driver with the car + rent). The specialists are not competent!
The attitude is good. The price is not minimal, but there was a need for urgency.
