I don't know what the previous speaker had with a bad review, but I'll share my opinion and impressions over the 4 years of rent. About 60 times I ordered small equipment and 3 times I ordered diesel lifts. The guys are generally great, the service is excellent. There were nuances, but they exist in absolutely all organizations. All the issues and problems that arose were resolved promptly, even when I messed up myself) If a tool broke down in the process, it was brought in and changed without any problems. Everything is also fine with the delivery, they brought / took away. They will consult you by phone + you can buy sandpaper, etc. on the spot. In general, I want to thank you for your work and for making our construction projects a bit enjoyable :)

Think carefully before contacting this company! In the afternoon, they booked an 8kW generator, upon arrival it turns out that this model is not available (it was essential that the generator be started with a key and this was told to the manager when booking). Managers generally don't know which models they have available and which ones they don't. Eventually, they found some kind of generator with the same power and a factory with a key. In the morning, when we turned on the generator to start work, it could not stand 4kW-5KW, they began to call technical support, they had one answer, "bring it back." The result: The job is up, the money is lost (the driver with the car + rent). The specialists are not competent!

The lowest level of understanding by the company's employees of the service delivery process and a complete lack of customer orientation. I wanted to describe the situation as a whole, but I just feel sorry for my time, as there are shoals at every stage. If possible, just don't choose this company! They believe that 30 rubles is more expensive than the company's reputation and do not even consider it necessary to apologize, writing off all responsibility to a young inexperienced employee.
