I was faced with incompetence and a lack of willingness to help. The answers were vague, and attempts to deal with the situation were met with obvious irritation. I expected a professional approach and clear information, but, unfortunately, this did not happen. I hope that you will take measures to improve the quality of service and training for your staff.
Disgusting service! They work very slowly. In such a small room, there is a queue of 15 people (or even more), and the employees are turtles, they mess with one person for 10 minutes on a trivial matter, they still manage to talk to each other (employees).
