Convenient location on the terminal Sukharevo-5 (there is a lot of transport). There is an electronic queue. There are 3 working windows, however, they rarely work all at once. The service is polite and fast, there is a general queue of 3-6 people (sometimes there is no one at all). When a parcel arrives in the mail, a notification is sent to Viber. Please note that Sunday is a day off, and on Saturday they work until 17-00.

It's a pity that you can't put 0 stars.The question, of course, is about the organization of the post office itself.Only two employees work for the entire department.There are a lot of people crowded, it's better not to go in at all on a weekday evening.There are not enough seats. The air conditioner is not working.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the visit to the liaison office. Unpleasant feelings are not from communicating with the post office staff, but from waiting in line for a long time to receive services. The personnel problem has not been solved for more than one year. The Belpost management is not able to solve this problem, but it needs to be recognized.
