Of course, they have a small PO, - there is no queue of those who want to work at the post office. On weekends, there are also norms: I came, 5 minutes, took the parcel and left.
Excellent branch (at least the first hall where parcels are given out). The staff is very nice and polite. There are 2 options with queues, come 20-30 minutes before closing, and there will be a couple of people in front of you, and parcels can be redirected to the post office, it is 15 meters from the branch. The same employees will help you all and explain how to register where, and how to overexert the post office, and that's it.
A stupid electronic queue, you never know how many people are in front of you (I have 153 tickets, and they call 161)

Sometimes there are long queues. There are rude young operators. The head of the post office is quite an adequate specialist, in his place. One day, the operators did not drop an alert, did not call and did not say that there was another package, although I was at the post office and asked if there were parcels, and sent my parcel back - it's tin! The head of the post office resolved the issue promptly after I provided the information. Thank you. But still, some young operators should understand the responsibility for negligent attitude to official duties.
I'm probably lucky, because very rarely I get on the queue to receive or send mail, 2-3 people, young girls, know everything perfectly well, they don't delay everything quickly, only sometimes there are moments when the terminal for issuing numbers in the electronic queue does not always work correctly
