The porch itself is high. The dimensions of the steps are not normative, it is very difficult for the elderly to climb them. This entrance also serves as a branch of Belarusbank and Santa's store. It's time for these firms to put things in order.

It is not clear why the 5th window is made if it never works! There are 2 windows for paying pensions and communal services and 2 windows for issuing letters - why?! Why not make 3 windows for the communal room, because it takes longer and more people come just for this. But in fact, it turns out that two windows are empty, and the other two have a huge queue.

The only post office in a very densely populated area. There are constantly huge queues, the introduction of the electronic queue mode did not solve the problem at all, it would be better to open a couple of additional cash desks, especially since there is a place for them.
A good department in comparison... Sorting the queue (by coupons), many service windows, a terminal for paying for services (cash / without cash). There were quite a few people, but my turn came for the parcel in just a couple of minutes.
And for those who complain about queues, learn how to pay in terminals and online banking!
