Now there are no "smart ones" who will take up 4 cash registers and run back and forth. But in general, the work here has improved. Everything is fine at the moment.

There is clear progress in the work of the department, but it is better not to enter on the days of payment for communal services. The post office is not engaged in its direct duties by accepting a communal apartment. Banks have long refused to provide this service in a free format.
The post office has become prettier. It's nice to run in the afternoon, when there are one and a half people at the post office, pick up the sequins from Aliexpress and fly on. Everything is fast, clear, I like it. The cashiers are on their wave, but this is more a plus than a minus.
Somehow the money got stuck in the terminal. I turned to the staff. We started looking for money stuck and couldn't find it for a long time. After the first two attempts, they began to convince me that I most likely did not put them there!!! I told them, let's take a look at the cameras, and they answer that it will be possible only in three days.... In the sense of???Three??? How is it?

I visited several times a month (August -September 2021). I received parcels, there is no queue very conveniently and quickly. A separate respect, for the fact that there is a separate room for receiving small packages, where you do not even need to take a coupon. You can just come and pick up your parcel.
I don't know how to explain this, but with all the windows working, sometimes there are practically no people, and sometimes there is a queue of up to 15 people.
Queues are often long, and there are very few places, sometimes you have to wait outside and from time to time go in to monitor your turn so as not to miss. Otherwise, it's like a regular belpost office
The best department in the entire factory district, the girls work with great patience. What is the only situation when my grandmother was outraged that she was given a small task, saying that you were giving me some kind of bullshit. She was politely told that the department had just opened and that there had been a lot of pension payments.

30-40 minutes to pick up the parcel. I took it 2 times and waited both times. There are a lot of people, it is impossible to maintain a social distance.
Registered letters do not bring home, nor do notifications. There was a letter for 3 weeks, they didn't even bother to call or bring a notification. New Year's gifts for children are not brought at all. And then they lie that on December 31, the director herself delivered, and no one was at home. In general, as usual, complete chaos.
