There is a normal department now. It happens, of course, that the queue lasts for half a day, but the best thing that could be done at the post office was an electronic queue. Now there are no "smart ones" who will take up 4 cash registers and run back and forth. But in general, the work here has improved. Everything is fine at the moment.

2 cash desks work with partial frequency, they do not respond to comments in any way, they called the hotline, well, nothing has changed, for which employees are asked to pay salaries then, just because they came to sit on their phones
