I had to visit this post office to pick up my parcel. Parcels have been in Belarus for three days, all employees confirmed. Having received no notification, after about eight working days I went to the post office to check personally where the parcel was. The employee informed me that I had not received any parcel, she could not help me in any way. While we were looking for the ID number with the sender, three weeks passed, and, deciding to try my luck again, I returned to the post office. Another employee quickly found the parcel and had to pay the storage fee, as the parcel arrived on time according to her words and was lying there waiting for me. It is unclear where the invisible hat came from for my parcel for the first time. The employee of the post office also could not explain why the parcel was not found the first time and decided to leave, replacing herself with her colleague. I do not know who did not look where in the end, both girls were polite and friendly, but I would like to receive my things on time.
My review is not very good. So, out of four appeals, two jambs. It seems that the girls are friendly, but the first time they did not print my address in the parcel, and the second time they made a mistake in the amount of cash on delivery
