Surprisingly, there are almost no queues. It is rare when you can stand in line for more than three hours. Most often, 10 ... 15 minutes. You can't smoke inside. To eat and drink too. There is no music. The staff is friendly. There is a device for receiving registered shipments. This is very convenient for me. However, the device that prints the stickers can immediately throw the sticker into the drawer. And then the quest begins to call the staff, who knows how to open the box and calibrate the print.
As a rule, there are few people. Calmly, quietly, without nerves, you can send and pick up a parcel. Perhaps because the area is relatively new, there are no crowds of pensioners and that's fine. The staff is efficient.

It is time to leave the functions of accepting payments to banks, because they do not have time to cope with their main responsibilities. The long queues have not gone away.
