Pros: they are always polite, quick, and patient with moody customers. It's always clean, lots of seating. Cons: notifications for transfers or parcels are not always sent to the mailbox. Or late. The queue is huge, one window is open, and it takes more than an hour to deliver a parcel in 5 minutes. It works until 7 on weekdays, so it is not possible to get there after work, and it is also closed on Sundays.
