During this time, I produce 3 times more products than I manage to send with your service.
I always come every month, the operators are good, attentive, polite, patient, they try to speak loudly and clearly, competently, they know how to talk, kindly, since I am hard of hearing.

I have to wait a very long time. The electronic queue does not save at all. Someone is always pushing in front of you, because "I'm older, which means respect me and let me go ahead."
On Fridays, Saturdays and days when pensions are given, there is no point in going at all. You'll be sitting for at least an hour.
