It's clean, tidy, and there's a place to sit while waiting in line. The operators are great. One of the disadvantages is a large flow of people, the waiting time can be an hour +

Everything is bad, there is only one operator, you can sit in queues for an hour. Nothing is going away, only getting worse and worse. And it's all because of the constant queues, especially in the evening.

There is an electronic queue, a post office for paying for ERIP and poufs for waiting. The girls are great! Unfortunately, so far the only branch is in Grandichi.
