Belarus is one of the best Republics of the former Soviet Union. Clean ecology, and this is the main thing for the health of people, animals and the plant world. Clean rivers, forests. Clean towns and villages. High-quality and natural food products. Mstislavl is a very old district town, located above the Sozh River, which flows into the Dnieper. Clean streets, the whole infrastructure. Schools, kindergartens, shops, a large district hospital. Treatment is free, children are in kindergartens and schools, they are fed for free. There are no beggars, no homeless people. People live in comparison with other Republics, not bad.
