There are a lot of people during monthly utility payments. Everything else is fine. The staff is polite and does their job professionally.

If you take the Belpochta branch itself, it's just huge, but there is 1 big minus there are such printers (which print checks, etc.) they are old and VERY VERY loud due to the fact that the branch is also large, they create such a crushing atmosphere that it is impossible to stay there for more than 40 minutes
