I want to express my huge thanks from Moscow to Polina, a very sensitive and responsible Belarusian girl who helped me find my parcel! If we had more such specialists in Moscow, we would be a little happier! The work schedule is not clear. There is one written in Yandex, but in fact you are standing under the doors and waiting for the staff, because apparently there is no fate to fix it on Yandex maps. In the morning, it was not very pleasant to stand and wait another 30 minutes for them to open. The administration should pay attention to the working hours. It doesn't match. There are no serious complaints about the staff (so far).
