Today, at the post office on 40B Asanalieva Street, the post office was not working, there was no information that they were not working on 01.01.25, only information about the postponement of the work schedule, where it was written that on holidays they work from 10:00-17:00,lunch from 14:00-15:00. It stood for an hour and 12 minutes without anyone opening (it was from 14:00-15:12). The staff call button rang and no one came out. I'm very unhappy because I've wasted so much time. There is a terribly huge queue, it's like going to China, and there is only one working window for this whole queue. To pick up one unfortunate parcel is to spend half a day, the work is slow. Especially on weekends.
The renovation of this department has finally been carried out! Now you don't have to stand in line for 3 hours. The occupancy, of course, is still the same, but now at least it's nice to be indoors.
After the repair, the post office was transformed, of course. It became cozy and comfortable. Days when there are a lot of people, it gets stuffy, but sometimes the staff turns on the air conditioner-this is very pleasing. Thank them for that. The service is generally not bad. Of course, it happens that girls are rude, but to be honest, I'm on their side, there are such clients that they will shake your soul. They try as much as possible not to get into conflicts, but it happens))) Personally, everything suits me, they don't swear at me and always with a smile.
The girls are doing well, they are trying their best, you can go crazy with money in the queue, and the staff is friendly, the service is fast, the work schedule is without lunch, it is more convenient than on Euromail

The operators, with rare exceptions, are nice girls. They solve any issues competently and calmly. I took off the stars due to the fact that there is a queue for 30+ people at almost any time. If you need to go to the post office, I immediately take a coupon, then go shopping in neighboring stores for 40 minutes, then go back to the post office and sit there for another half hour anyway. I repeat, it's not about the staff (in my opinion). It's just that the department is overloaded and cannot cope with such a flow, additional equipment is needed in this area
There are always long queues. One of the reasons, in my opinion, is that this department has taken away virtually all functions from department 220115, next to which I (and the entire neighborhood) live. Transport is inconvenient. It's a long walk. Belpost has no desire to think about people. Especially about pensioners!
