We use the services of the post office No. 12 in Rechitsa in different directions. The electronic queue is very convenient.
The room is clean and tidy. Friendly staff. The department's management deserves special thanks!
Very professional and competent employees. They are able to correctly explain any question that arises.
Special thanks to Olga Vasilyevna for her professionalism and competent approach to her duties.
Thank you for your excellent work!
Thanks a lot for the service.Everything is fast and polite. All employees are on top.The electronic queue helps out a lot in controversial moments.I am satisfied once again.
I haven't been there for a long time. But there is no queue lately. There is an electronic queue, operators serve quite quickly) a large range of goods and services
Regular mail. There is an electronic queue. The staff is polite. A couple of times I solved issues that are only in the competence of the head - also a polite woman, trying to help.
At 4, one day I came for a parcel, I was told to wait for an SMS to come to my phone then and come to pick it up, arguing that they did not see my parcel in the database. But in fact they were too lazy and saw everything. Half an hour later, an SMS came, I had to return 2 times. The queue is of course as always, there's nothing you can do about it)
The postal service cashier must provide postal services, and not accept payments. Does it make sense to separate the cash registers and make an electronic queue if, in fact, there is no separation?!
The post office is like a post office, they will quickly explain and help

An electronic queue is installed very conveniently with a large number of people, you can not control who occupied it, especially if someone leaves, it is also not necessary to be constantly in the mail (you can go outside to breathe, you can go to a nearby store for shopping)
Very poor customer service, for a reference consultation, there is no dial-up to the post office, they simply do not pick up the phone, and people with physically disabled people, for asking how to be completely disrespectful to people.
The mail is not bad, but there are disadvantages. Two cash desks are open for receiving and sending mail parcels. And two cash registers to pay for services. They take a long time with parcels, you can sit up to two hours during rush hour. It would be better if all cash registers worked the same way.
With the advent of the electronic queue, beauty has come.
Minus an asterisk for an inconvenient work schedule: for such a large area, it would be possible to work late in the evening + weekends.
If you could just leave a review and not put asterisks. The horror of going to the post office is to drink a sedative. And postmen are generally a nightmare.
