A very bad attitude. This afternoon I went to mail something and asked the staff to fill out a form for me. She didn't tell me at first that there would be a fee, but before I left, she tried to ask me to pay 14p for filling out and said that was the company's rule. I had no choice but to tell her that I could pay a 14p service fee, but please show me the receipt. After she heard that I needed a receipt for payment, she changed her mind and changed it from 14p to 1.14p. In the end, she asked me to give her 1.14p. But to be honest, all these operations are very confusing and frustrating. I hope she can be more patient at work, and I hope her life will become smoother. Thanks!
