So far, I have not found a catch, except that the electronic queue often does not work. If there are no old ladies to pay for utilities, then even everything works quickly
A good department. The only one for a large neighborhood. The staff are generally great, always polite and ready to help. The electronic queue helps a lot in organizing people and queues in general. If citizens had finally learned how to use an online bank to make payments, and not trudge to the post office with it, it would have been so good.
I don't like this branch in the area. Constant queues. There are always a lot of people. There are two more Belpochta branches in the area nearby, where the service is much better and faster

Okay, if there were no wild queues, but a slow worker + 30 people in line, of course, is not a very pleasant story. Train employees, be more humane, we pay money for work (these are not free services) and I don't think it's fair to spend your time (in such an amount of 30-40 minutes) on such establishments.
There are a lot of people, no service, no bosses at the workplace, everyone is like sleepy flies, I sat in line for an hour, and did not wait ... terrible department and service.
The service itself is good. But getting to the window is often difficult. Three specialists, five visitors, but you will still stand in line for 10 minutes - someone is not working, something is lost, something else has happened. I don't even know why that is.

It would not hurt to improve the service, the workers are rude and not competent. The postman does not deliver excuses to the mailbox when he does not, it happens that parcels lie in the mail for a month and they are sent back, you have to pay for the shipment several times.
