The head of the department cannot specifically answer the question. The girls work in good faith, and the head cannot correctly adjust the work of the post office.

I've been going to this post office all my life, respect to the girls, despite the queues, I'm always in a great mood and they give it to us. They serve very elderly people very quickly and competently, and most importantly patiently and respectfully, sometimes they also quietly listen to the young and nervous. In general, they serve you quickly and efficiently! Thanks to them!
