Disgusting work of the department staff! What a leadership, such is the work of the staff! It is impossible to reach any number. There is something to compare it with! The Glebki branch (across the street from the Green, a stop from the Sportivnaya metro station) is a chic branch. The head of the department is very pleasant. You can always get through and the girls are kind and work fast!
