It's the worst service I've ever seen. Not only could I not get through for 1.5 hours, they picked up the phone and immediately went to bed. Arriving at the post office, there was 1 person who was served for 30 minutes. That poor guy is already tired of waiting for his parcel to be processed. When it was my turn, they didn't even deign to say hello, they silently took my passport, and in principle all the service was silent, it felt like I came to their house and demanded to do some work. Terrible service, attitude to their work and people with respect. I hope the management will pay attention to this.
