A spacious post office with an electronic queue. There are 4 windows for working with visitors, two of which work. Parking is available nearby and in a small distance. There are almost no customers, but waiting for service takes a long time - you can sit on wide poufs or walk between columns with showcases a la "nostalgia for the USSR", find out the time and temperature in the room on an electronic scoreboard... This is, of course, better than in the previous crowds and queues, but, excuse me, why is it taking so long?
Previously, it was safe to say that the post offices were like the offices of hell on earth, as they joked in the comedy))
But a lot has changed lately. The service has become faster and more comfortable. However, there is still a lot to strive for. I wanted to send the documents to Kazan somehow, so I sent them by sdek. Because sdek for the same amount is guaranteed delivery in 3 working days, and belpochia itself could not guarantee at least some time at a high-speed and expensive tariff.
But in general, if you don't get into rush hour (like when everyone came to get pensions and pay for communal services), then everything is fine. And they will help and advise
It's not a bad place where I mostly received parcels. Here I like that this post office has a fairly spacious room and does not need to be crowded like other post offices.
