The old post office is in good condition. Queues can be long. The service and staff are normal. Sometimes you have to explain twice what needs to be done. Parcels and parcels were sent on time. There are mail storage boxes at the entrance. There are parking spaces nearby.
If there are no queues, then there is not much to complain about. But very often there are queues for a kilometer, even after 18:00. Minus the fact that the parcel window was closed, you have to wait half an hour for a registered letter to be issued and then another 20 minutes until the utilities are paid to finally pick up the parcel.
It is a pity that there are no clean envelopes of large sizes.
The workers are not bad. I use the services of this mail often, always good people serve
Good mail. There are queues. Moreover, they are very large. This is due to the payment of utilities and pensions. Our old people can't pay online. They can't. Therefore, from the 10th to the 25th of each month, you must expect that you will defend the queue for at least 30 minutes. And this is just for the package
Good communication department! The staff is very responsive and friendly, I have faced an emergency situation more than once, and the girls were happy to help.
It is a pity that the post office, covering and serving a huge territory, does not have a separate window for receiving parcels. There are huge queues from the 10th to the 27th. Previously, at least they gave out parcels out of turn (students or interns), but now they are in the general queue.
With the advent of the parcel delivery window, it became easier to breathe there! The only thing that upsets is the basement, which is practically not ventilated and the lack of a ramp.
The cashiers are kind of nervous, especially the one with the piercings. They can even be rude. Many thanks to the delivery department. Several times, parcels were helped to pick up without waiting in line, when people paid for communal services. I even wrote to thank them for it.
The staff of the post office leave a pleasant impression. Attentive, responsible, friendly.

Oh, the horror! My mail! The worst branch of the city! Work and maintenance for 1 point is barely enough... The queues are huge! Employees do not move, they are rude to comments! The most annoying thing is, there is a queue, the window closes and goes on a break! In such situations, there should be a substitution for each employee! Full optimization is needed here! There should be interchangeable employees at every workplace! And if there are none, look for and train new ones! After my next visit to the post office on Guy, I will collect signatures en masse with a complaint to the head office of Minsk!
Not the best location, in the basement of the hostel. It is very inconvenient to go down and up. But it's close to the OVIR and the Security Department.
Everything is fine, but one thing is bad, the queues are crazy from 14 to 24, if only one more ticket office would be out of order and everything would be fine
