A good compartment, although the ticket machine breaks down periodically. If they had sent pensioners somewhere to receive pensions and pay for communal services, then there would have been no price.
The employees are polite and work quickly. The postmen deliver the receipts as soon as possible. Not a single parcel was missing or damaged.
Personally, I saw how the boss herself went out into the hall to speed up the queue on days when there were a lot of people, she served people who only received parcels. She (or maybe another employee) also went out into the hall to skip the queue for an elderly man who could barely stand and was embarrassed to ask without waiting in line.
The only disadvantage is that on most days it is not established (or poorly established) to filter the queue (of people) who came only to send and receive parcels in priority order. After all, the direct purpose of mail is postal items, not rent and mobile phone payments.
