The mail is very loaded. Queues are almost always crazy. Three windows, one is always closed for some reason, even during rush hours. To say that the workers are not doing anything is fundamentally wrong, they are running around like electric brooms, while I almost never heard from the workers a raise in their voice or some kind of negativity. The service area is very huge.
I received the parcel for half an hour and waited until the operator accepted some payments, and what the mail should do is not important in principle, an interesting approach!
