The worst department. Regular emails don't arrive at all. The customized notifications are just in the mail, without notifying the recipients. And then they demand to pay for the storage of the notification, although it is their fault. Pensions are worn by different people, there is not one postman per station. The receipts just don't arrive. The complaint has been sent to Minsk.

The waiting time is quite long, the workload is especially at the end of the month. Stamps are not available.
