Terrible separation. The management is not coping. Eternal queues. I wanted to pick up the newspapers today. They are given to everyone quickly and without waiting in line. But today it went wrong. At my request to hand over the newspapers, the employee told me to take a queue. I asked for the supervisor. A woman came out who had just been laughing and discussing outfits with another woman (I listened to it for 4 minutes while I asked for newspapers). She told me to take a queue, they have a lot of work. To my confirmation that it takes a couple of seconds to pick up the newspapers and we've already spent more time talking, she didn't say anything intelligible. They probably just didn't put the newspapers down. Which I pick up once a week. I believe that the unorganized work of the department is the fault of the head.

Terrible mail There are always huge queues, and I can't get through on the phone. The shipment has not reached the recipient, it has already been delivered on the website!in such a huge area, and not just one, the post office with super slow workers has only 3 windows (one is always closed)
