I came to the post office to send a parcel. I did this for the first time, I usually use other lc. There was no queue, I was greeted at the window by a beautiful woman who helped me through everything! She is very polite and friendly. I was very satisfied with the service! Unfortunately, I didn't remember the full name. Of course, the renovation and the room can be updated, but this did not affect the service in any way.

1. The entrance and the room itself are in poor condition
2. The service is very slow, but you rarely have to use the branch's services, and it's always minus an hour for nothing

The postman does not bring notifications for periods, it is not the first time that we have come across a situation that the notification was missing, we had to figure out for ourselves where it got lost again after waiting for almost a week, it turned out that it was lying in the mail, although it should have already been with us.

An old decrepit building from a previous era. A broken stairwell and hallway, all covered in black mold.
There are always a lot of people and terrible queues, it's not crowded. Not all windows always work. There are very few seats for such a large number of people. You can stand in line and just kill an hour of your life.
This is bullying people, and there is no alternative. This is the only post office in a large area.
