There is also the inattention of young employees who, after not listening to the full address, after 5-10 minutes of searching, report that "there is no such subscriber"!... and only after spending a few minutes convincing such an employee that the subscriber "Exists", repeating the full address a couple more times, it turns out that there really is a subscriber!!! But time is lost, nerves are spent, the queue has dragged on...
