I would like to immediately note that cleanliness is always maintained there, even despite the weather conditions (winter, snow, sand underfoot) ...
However, too much staff turnover, inexperienced, young operators at the ticket offices, create very often huge queues in which you don't want to stand around for a long time, because five chairs don't save elderly payers, and therefore you have to leave and try to pay for an apartment or receive some correspondence, reschedule it for the next day...
There is also the inattention of young employees who, after not listening to the full address, after 5-10 minutes of searching, report that "there is no such subscriber"!... and only after spending a few minutes convincing such an employee that the subscriber "Exists", repeating the full address a couple more times, it turns out that there really is a subscriber!!! But time is lost, nerves are spent, the queue has dragged on...
