I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of this post office. The staff work incredibly slowly, giving the impression that they are trying to serve customers here for as long as possible. A separate problem is the incomprehensible "missing" numbers in the queue. You're standing there waiting for your ticket, and then suddenly your number just jumps over, and you have to take a new ticket, waiting again. This is absolutely unacceptable! The organization of the work is disgusting. It feels like customers aren't welcome here at all.

Unfortunately, I can't give you a higher rating. The staff of the post office are very correct, professional, but polite girls. Everything is ruined by the excessive influx of visitors and, as a result, the long wait in line. I recommend everyone to contact the post office at 10 Karolinskaya Street. There are almost never queues there.
