I am served in this department, by registration. There are a lot of questions about the work of a postman who delivers correspondence, who does not deliver letters, and "thanks" to her you have to call, find out to the institution from which you are waiting for an invitation. As a result, one letter was returned, due to the fact that the addressee is missing. And the second letter from the same institution arrived 7 days later, as can be seen from the post stamp.
And there were 2 letters, a photo fixation. They didn't reach me. For the first violation, I paid plus 10% of the amount. And the second violation, the amount was multiplied by 2. And with all this, you are automatically a "malicious defaulter".
The work of postmen is terrible. They bring a notification only a week after the parcel, and if you come without it, they are still outraged about something. If I know that my parcel has arrived, why should I sit and wait for your postmen to deign to raise their fifth point and notify me of the receipt of the parcel???
