It's just awful. It seems that an electronic queue has been set up, but the quality of services has become worse.

As in all branches, if you came for a parcel or to send it on an unsuccessful day ( payment for utilities ) it's easier to come another time. Usually there are always two windows working even if there is a crowd. If there are 2-3 people, there will probably always be one window.
