Despite the 3 windows, the service is always only in one window. To receive an email, you need to stand in line for 40 minutes. This has a very negative effect on the mood and affects the quality of life of consumers. It's high time to change the service at this post office. There are enough employees, but the organization of work is unsatisfactory! At the same time, I would like to note that the head of the department and the staff are very qualified and polite in communication and service.
But it's time to change something and review the priorities in the work.
There are 2 chairs inside, but given the constant queue, these facilities are not available.

Why did they open 4 post offices in Borovany? Do you think it saved this place from queues - absolutely not, they have become even bigger. In order to receive a registered letter, I arrived at the opening at 10:00 and left after 1 hour. People were already on the street by the time I left. When I asked for more operators to be added - two employees sitting on and doing nothing, because now COVID - and collecting huge queues is not the best idea, unfortunately, my request was ignored and the saddest thing is that I will not be able to resolve the situation - it will not work out to the management - the operator refused to give out a book of comments and suggestions, the head of the post office too. Well, then... We have to live with these.
