As at all post offices in Minsk, there is a queue for coupons, clean, calm, exceptionally polite Belpost employees. And there are practically no queues, during the day rare visitors come in or 1-3 people at most.
Politeness is already a characteristic feature of Belarusians!
They work very slowly. Earlier, you take a coupon for the parcel and you can receive the parcel and the transfer. Now money transfers are separate. You need to queue up. A madhouse. There's a 40-minute queue plus another one to wait for. And two cash registers have been stuck in the past.
The electronic queue does not always work, and failures often occur. It hasn't been repaired for a long time. The staff is good, they can tell you what to do and how best to do it.
