I really love this department. The employees are polite and courteous. They will always prompt and help. The queues are not long.

As at all post offices in Minsk, there is a queue for coupons, clean, calm, exceptionally polite Belpost employees. And there are practically no queues, during the day rare visitors come in or 1-3 people at most.
Politeness is already a characteristic feature of Belarusians!

Of the 4 windows, only 1 is working.
It works sooooooo slowly, no one is in a hurry.
And of course, everyone moves in the same line, no matter what purpose you came to the post office for.
