The notification was not delivered. When I expressed my "fee" (I paid for the upgrade on 18.07, but did not receive a notification until 01.08) to the equipment supplier, I was informed that the equipment was sent on 19.07 and the shipment number. I saw on the post office website that it has been at the branch since 21.07. When I expressed my dissatisfaction at the department, at first I was informed that there was an SMS (which I did not receive), and then due to the fact that the parcel did not indicate the apartment number, but only the house number, they could not deliver the notification. But the address of the apartment was on the envelope. I had to pay for 5 days of storage at the post office, otherwise they would not give it away.
