I have been to this communication department many times and it was fast a few times. It is a very small room, always full of people, especially pensioners (old district) and I have never seen all three windows working. I try not to get there.

Not bad mail. But one day I had to wait in line for about half an hour, 2 grandfathers paid for technical inspection and insurance. And all I have to do is send one package, which took no more than 5 minutes.
