Like all post offices, it is constantly clogged with pensioners and a shortage of staff. I repeat, do not skimp on staff salaries and you will be in chocolate. There are few staff and even electronic queues will not help from the influx of people and the creation of gatherings in queues of 40-60 minutes.

Disgusting department! I stood for an hour to make stupid photocopies, but I never did! Only two windows work: mailings and payments. And for the rest of the services, you don't give a damn, you can take a ticket, even if you stand for a day, but you never get there. Then what's the point of an electronic queue??
