Today, on 11/27, there was one girl at her workplace who, due to her capabilities, cannot quickly serve people - accept deliveries, accept payments, take out deliveries and so on. There are more than 15 people in the queue, despite the fact that many incoming visitors, seeing such a queue, quickly run away. Two ladies are sitting behind the screen, who do not want to adjust the service process, monotonously doing their job. And the girl at the cash register runs alone.
It's not the first time this has happened and it's no good.

The staff is good, but there were 2 windows working, so I had to stand for another 15 minutes.
