When I come to the post office for money, they tell me that they can't give me the money, even though the buyer has transferred it. As a result, I was left without a product and without money for it.
I would also like to note the extremely boorish, sorry, it is impossible to describe in other words, the attitude and behavior of the post office staff. The "ladies" at the checkout can't even specify the phone number correctly or figure out the problem, let alone the manner of communication. They do not provide a complaint book, although they must provide it upon request. There are always huge queues in the establishment.
My advice to you is that if you don't want to ruin your nerves, run out of money and without a parcel, and stand in a kilometer-long queue, don't use this place. It is better to use euro mail.

I would like to put vending machines in the branches so that, if desired, I can immediately buy an envelope or stationery. A coffee machine would be nice and a snack would be nice.
