There are almost always queues, and often only one ticket office is open. Especially, as if on purpose, when there are a lot of people, one operator is working. The work schedule is very bad, it used to be up to 19 hours, now it's up to 18! But many people do not have time from work! Not only that, but we also made Sunday and Monday days off! It's only Sunday in all branches, but here it's also Monday. Very, very uncomfortable! They don't take care of people, because it's generally inconvenient for many!!!
