Mail is like mail. Queues. Pensioners and people who do not want to try to pay for communal services via the Internet. To receive or send a parcel from the middle of the month to the 25th is always a quest of huge queues. Usually spend 15-30 minutes here in queues) and the staff is polite and works quickly. Well, at least they learned how to work with shipments registered on the site, otherwise for them it was such a surprise and misunderstanding every time, what to do with it at all)
After the repair, the office became cozy, the post office staff were polite, there used to be a lot of queues, but last year, when I come to the post office, there are always a maximum of 2-3 people in the queue. The post has improved in recent years. The postman who serves 2 Artillery - always brings everything on time, parcels without cash on delivery - even brings them home. Very convenient.
The overall impression of the post office is good.
A good department with courteous staff. If you don't know something, they will always try to help you figure it out. Fast service, only the customers themselves can delay the service
This is the post office. If you think that there will be a modern service and some innovations, then no. There are queues of attractions here, which gradually disappear by the end of the month, from the 26th, endless utility bills. It is easy to receive and send parcels, only to stand in line first. The staff is polite, tired and exhausted, but polite nonetheless. A cozy room, but not everyone will be able to sit down while waiting: if you put more chairs, then fewer people will fit in the room. Well, the cherry on the cake is the lunch break from 14 to 15.
The more time passes, the better the Belpost becomes. Repairs have been made. The staff "rejuvenate", no one snorts or is rude, nice people. If the package is from "Alik", then sometimes they can ask in the hall who the package is from and will be given out without waiting in line
You can also organize a post office directly in the mailbox...go there when the pension has been transferred to the pensioners...It's absurd, and repairs were probably done during perestroika...
The service in this post office is very terrible, it feels like these operators are sitting for time and not working., on what issue do not contact them, I mean a worker, but I do not know, and I have nothing to do with it, notifications for parcels are not distributed, you stand for money transfers for 40 minutes, or even an hour,in general, they do not want to work at all, but they want to for nothing.
