Slow maintenance. There are few windows for working with clients. The acceptance and delivery of mail items is poorly organized. It takes a lot of time to accept utility bills. And I would like to work for an hour more in the evening.
The staff is not very friendly. A small room, especially not convenient in winter, everyone tries to be inside because of this it becomes stuffy, and even slow service.
