Eternal queues. Grandmothers pay for communal services, receive pensions for 25 minutes. It takes no more than 30 seconds to receive a parcel (even with filling out a notification). I've measured it more than once. Allegedly, one window does not save, which is used only for issuing mail notifications. By the way, this person does not happen quite often. I am not surprised by such a service, because the office is state-owned, money is spared, people do not want to work for pennies. Why be surprised.
Finally, enter the commission for utility bills, it is impossible to use the mail services because of queues of 40 minutes! There is also a terminal, but no one uses it.
The queue is getting shorter and the workers are barely moving!!!!! Disregard for people!!!

Terrible mail, an eternal queue. To pick up a parcel even without payment, you have to defend it for two hours. Make a separate window and a separate queue for receiving parcels and a separate one for all kinds of payments. And simplify the delivery of parcels, so as not to stand near the window for half an hour while the cashier enters all the data into the computer.
