One electronic queue, there is no separation of services in principle! You can wait more than an hour to receive a parcel, while many customers pay for utilities. We were transferred from the 1st branch 246001, at least two cash desks worked there, but the girls always managed everything. Transfers could be received in a queue.
Divide all services not only at the kiosk when receiving a receipt for the serial number of the queue, but also by the specialists who serve customers. Of the 5 ticket offices, only 2 are working. So far, only 2 stars.
The queue, although electronic, is moving slowly. It happens that there are 20-25 people in the queue, but only 2 windows are working. As a result, you spend 1.5 hours in line.
