The location is very convenient logistically. I mainly used money transfer services and everything was fine in this direction, until I was faced with the need to send an expensive parcel. It was the first time I had done this in 15 years and I was faced with complete indifference. The staff did everything they could to absolve themselves of responsibility, but never once did they provide information to protect my interests and risks. Distracting us to other topics, she slipped us one thing or another to sign, and when we got the hang of it and realized our mistake, they said that everything was done, sent, and nothing could be fixed. Is it in a couple of minutes? Earlier, about 15 years ago, I sent a parcel from the central city branch, where they told me about the assessment and the packaging, and they accepted the parcel only when they thought it was well protected. I recommend the central department for its qualifications.

To send a letter, you need to stand in a huge queue with pensioners. And just try to mention that you have a letter. Pensioners and arrogant operators themselves are cursed. This post office has long been transformed into a branch of Belarusbank. They hardly perform their immediate duties of sending correspondence. If it were possible to put a minus, I would not regret it to them. But it's unlikely that after that they will start working as they should. At least they would have selected one window that would deal ONLY with letters, parcels, etc.
