The department is good, the employees are responsible. The only disadvantage is that the room is small, and there are a lot of people and few working windows (often lengthy operations)
There's not much room inside, it's always hot, and the queues are miles long. Search notifications are received. You pick up a registered letter, and the same letter receives a notification again a few days later. The operator says:What's it got to do with me? The money transfer arrived on 31.12.24. The notification reached only on 8.01.25. The mess, not the mail.
A very pleasant team in this department, I always send correspondence from here. The operators are attentive, they will always tell you which type of mail to choose and other issues. They work fast (well, except for temporary beginners). However, the queue is always long. But the reason is a shortage of employees and constant job cuts.
